Our services include screen printing, embroidery, stickers, and temporary tattoos! We’d be happy to work with your existing design/logo/artwork or our graphic design team can assist with graphic creation at a reasonable price.
An order is considered placed once 100% down payment has been made, artwork has been approved, and all final details have been approved.
Our normal turnaround time is 10 business days (Monday through Friday) from the time an order is placed (as described above). Many orders are completed in less time. If you need a RUSH on an order, please speak to our Order Specialist about completing a rush order.
We require orders of 12 or more items with the same design.
Final balance is due at pickup. Invoices past 30 days due may be subject to late fees.
Any NEW logos or designs will be charged a setup fee included in the original quote.
Our quotes are an estimate but we make them as exact as possible. We never charge more than the quote was for unless specifications of an order change such as quantity, number of ink colors, etc. Any change in quote amount would be pre-approved by customer prior to order completion. We stand behind our work and want happy, return customers! : )
